Hey guys! Sorry for the lack of warning on the episode of The Mentalist (They aired it last Nov. 5th) but I didn't know the date myself. I'll try to upload and link a video soon.

Remember the live chat about Fast Track that happened a little while back? Well, it's up at Youtube, so you can watch yourselves. They really don't say much of interest, and I only have a few things to say:

1. I agree, I like Fast Track more than Fast and Furious, mostly because it's no so full of total BS.

2. Is Lee Goldberg pretending to be a douche bag on purpose? What's with the "wall-to-wall action or floor-to-ceiling sex" tips for writing scripts?!

3. Erin, PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE, I BEG YOU, drop the blonde. Go back to brunnette, you look ill and starved as a blonde, please go back to your dark hair, PLEASE!! (And gain a couple of pounds, your bones are starting to show a bit much, too)

4. I like the answer about the sex scenes. It really shows how sweet and homey Erin is. :)

Also, on Erin's AMTC page, Deborah says she's going to stay blonde for a while *grimaces* mostly because she may have to go back and do some "pick up scenes" for Beverly Hills Chihuahua 2, I hope, honestly, she rids of it as soon as she can. I didn't like it for "The Biggest Fan" and I don't like it now :P

Deborah also said she got to be on the set for a day, and that the movie may be out in February.

Speaking of Deborah, her Behind The Scenes photos from the Cold Case episode "Torn" have been linked to at Erin's Page in FB, Here is the album, check out the photos they are really cute. Oh and the NCIS videos I uploaded have been linked as well! :D

Hey guys, I tried to upload some clips from Erin in NCIS, but my computer is not being very helpfull.

Deborah (Erin's mom, I think) sent a letter to AMTC about the NCIS shoot back in AUGUST and they just updated her page THIS WEEK! Weird, eh?

Here's what she said, you won't believe it!

A little bit of trivia and irony: they actually shoot NCIS in Valencia in the same studio where Erin did POWER RANGERS! She saw her old dressing room, went to the same place for hair and makeup and even saw her old parking space! Who could have predicted that 9 years later she would be back in the same place! They razzed her about PR I am sure!

Interesting bit, isn't it? Power Rangers and NCIS are shoot in the same studio, I imagine it would have been quite a journey for Erin, going back there.

Also, Remember that pic of blonde Erin I showed you before (it's in the post beneath this one), Deborah tells the AMTC folks that's the result after 7 HOURS in the Salon! Seven hours, wow... That's a lot of time.

Just to remind you Erin will be in this next Tuesday's NCIS (October 6th), and she will be on The Mentalist in a month from now, November 5th.

The Fast Track DVD comes out on October 10th, not 6th like I had said earlier.

After been out for a couple of days, Erin AMTC's page is back up, which is ood beacuse it's the closest thing we have to an official page for now.
The new update of the page says Erin will have a recurring role in "Saving Grace" and will be working with Holly Hunter. She will play Kendra, a reporter.
Also, she will get killed AGAIN, this time on Monk, no date for the episode yet, though.
She has a new commercial for Miller Beer, which should be out soon and her mom closes the letter saying Boogeyman 3 is one of the top selling/rental DVD's out.
They also updated with the General Hospital appereance :P (only a month later)
I'm very excited for Erin, she seems to be very busy (and that's how we like her!). See you.

General Hospital 2

Yesterday marked Erin's second appereance in "General Hospital" as Cassandra. This time she talks, and much. She convinces Spinelli to help her get back at her ex-husband, who apparently is hiding assets from her. Spinelli's companion, Winifred, senses the trap, but she's ignored.
As her character was trying to look innocent and desperate, the evil side hasn't shown yet.

Just a friendly reminder that Boogeyman 3 is available to purchase or rent from tomorrow January 20th.

Took a peek and it's not Shakespeare, but it's not a complete waste of time... oh okay, so there's a lot of people drenched in blood and a lot of screaming, but Erin does a good job with her role.

I'll class this with "Fast Track", not absolutely bad, but let's hope this year E gets more roles like Heathers (in HIMYM) and less Sarahs.

Two local actors to appear on CBS sitcom on Monday

WHEN Erin Cahill showed up to work on an episode of the CBS sitcom "How I Met Your Mother" recently, she was excited to meet Neil Patrick Harris and other members of the cast.

When the young actress, who called Stafford County home until she was 18, met a tall, dark-haired fellow, his question stopped her short.

"Erin Cahill? Didn't you graduate from Brooke Point?" asked actor Tug Coker, who grew up just a few miles south of Cahill. "I graduated from Stafford High. How weird is it that two of us from Stafford got roles on the same episode of the same show?"

The two actors, who graduated in the late '90s, spent five days shooting an episode of the top-20 show.

The episode, "Little Minnesota," airs Monday night at 8:30 on CBS.

Coker, who recently appeared in an episode of NBC's "The Office," said the two enjoyed catching up between scenes.

They had lunch, played "Do you know?" about friends from home and pretty quickly realized there was another small-world connection.

"As we were talking, I realized at one point that Tug's father is Dr. [John] Coker, who was my orthodontist for a while," said Cahill. "I told Tug I had the biggest crush on his dad when I was 14. He's such a nice guy."

Coker couldn't wait to share that with his father, who had kept track of his former patient by posting articles about some of her acting roles in his waiting room.

Cahill--who doesn't like listing her age in print--said she had finished a year at an arts-oriented college in New York when her mother, Deborah, and sister, Lauren, were about to move to Los Angeles.

As someone who acted in her first play at age 4 and appeared in every show she could at Brooke Point, Cahill decided to go with them.

"I left school and said I'd give acting a try for a year out there," said the actress, whose father, Steven Cahill, lives in Fredericksburg. "My idea was that if nothing came along in that time, I'd go back to school."

She was thrilled when she landed a gig as the pink "Power Ranger."

"It lasted for a year--they replace each one after that long--but it was great experience," she said. "I basically got paid for a year to learn to act on television."

Since then, acting has been her only job.

Cahill has done episodes of "Without a Trace," "Supernatural," "Cold Case," "Greek," "CSI: Miami," "Free Ride," "Crossing Jordan," "General Hospital" and "On the Lot."

She just finished a film called "Demoted" and has another, "Boogeyman 3," coming out soon on DVD.

"I've really been lucky enough to support myself with acting jobs," she said. "One of my favorites was a shoot in Berlin where I got to stay for six weeks. It's a great city."

On "How I Met Your Mother," Cahill plays Heather, the sister of Ted, played by Josh Radner. The story line revolves around the fact that regular character Barney (Harris) wants to romantically pursue her character, which is the last thing Ted wants to happen.

Coker's role is a bartender named Bud in a bar where Minnesota Vikings gather.

"I'm the guy who wants to throw out anyone who isn't a Vikings fan," said Coker.

Both actors said the five-day shoot was a learning experience because the sitcom uses multiple cameras in a studio setting, a somewhat unusual technique.

"We had a great week working together and are going to stay in touch," said Coker. "We don't live far apart out here, and it's nice to know someone from home."

Well, hello again!

I am aware Erin has been popping up pretty much everywhere lately, but RL got in my way, thank God then, for sending me my new contributor Nuno Reis; who was kind enough to send me all the material for this update!

First off: the "Without a Trace" screencaps, remember Erin was in the show a few weeks back, in the episode "Better Angels", her part was small and at the very beginning of the episode, but at least it was alive. The man who played her husband/fiance (still not sure) worked with her previously in Power Rangers, as the ghost of the Clock Tower, in the episode "The Legend of the Clock Tower". (Can we start seriously saying Bruckheimer is a Power Ranger fan?)

Aside from all of this, Erin's appereance in HIMYM was pretty funny, her interaction with the other cast members were pretty good, and it looks like she ight be coming back (which would be HUGE for her, so fingers crossed). Also, she wore the most awesome wardrobe I've ever seen her in, it is really pretty.

And last but not least, remember Erin's Birthday is January 4th, and also Boogeyman 3 comes out on DVD January 20th; if I don't update for Erin's birthday, please don't kill me, I'll be away on holiday with my family by that time, so there's a chance I just won't be able to.

guess who's been busy? That's right, Erin!!
Sorry I don't have any screencaps of the Without a Trace episode. She had a small role on the episode "Better Angels", she was the fiancee of the missing person, and, oh shock!, her character stayed alive throughout the entire appereance. I know, cruel joke, but she has played her good share of dead bodies.

And in upcoming news, she will be on "How I Met Your Mother" on December 15th, playing Heather, Ted's sister who decided to move to NYC. I guess that makes sense for those of you who watch that show. This info of course, comes courtesy of Erin's AMTC page.

So, since my laptop is mad as a cow (or as a goat as we say over here), I will probably owe you the screencaps of both appereances for a long while.

hey! Sorry for the lack of updates lately.
Erin´s AMTC page has been updated again, with some info about her guest role on "Without a Trace", which "should be airing" on November the 25th (next Tuesday).
Also Erin has landed a guest role on "How I met your mother", which is a big guest role, which "usually goes to a well known celebrity, but they loved her!" Of course they did!! LOL
It also mentions some interviews about "Boogeyman 3", but doesn´t really gives a lot of details.

And finally, I spotted this spoof in Youtube, where Erin plays the spoof of the Bond Girl "Titsy Fingerlore"... (sorry, the pink border is gone)

Hey!

Erin will be staring in the latest sequel to "Boogeyman", that would be the third one. Let's just say that not a lot of people are excited about this, but in case you want to support Erin, the DVD will be available on January 20th, 2009. The trailer is available on the net, but it really doesn't say much about the movie (it centers more on the first two, which are ALREADY available on DVD), who knows, maybe there isn't much to say?

Judge for yourselves, here it is:

Rangerboard's Kalenabear attended a private screening of it at LA's Screamfest 2008, and here's what she had to say at Rangerboard:

"I attended a private screening/premiere of the film last week at the 2008 ScreamFest Horror Film Festival in Hollywood, and it was actually pretty good. That trailer doesn't really show enough of the good stuff, heh! Erin herself calls it "a typical horror film, so don't expect Shakespeare!" but I enjoyed it. After all, Erin is 95% of the movie! "

So, it's at least worth buying because Erin is all over it. About Erin's performance, she said:

"I will say, however, that Erin has a couple of standout scenes where she's going completely ballistic, screaming and crying, as opposed to when she's just looking scared/nervous. Those are pretty great. "

Sounds cool.

So, Erin's AMTC website has been updated again: The X-List airs 4 weeks from Friday (tomorrow Friday) and she has also booked a TOP Guest Star role in "Without a Trace" (the only Bruckheimer show she hasn't appeared in). So let's wait for it!
On the other news, I was googling Erin the other day, as I was very bored, and discovered this little gem. It's a short film by director Barbara Rothemborg, entitled "In the light of shadow", in wich Erin plays a girls who takes care of her mentally ill brother and her father. After the first few minutes, it lasts about 17 minutes, the ending is a bit predictable, but this little piece is one of the best things I've seen Erin do.
Things like this little short film (so obscure it didn't turn up until page 35 of Google Results) is why I will always maintain Erin is much better at drama than comedy, she can REALLY pull it off.
I hope you enjoy it as much as I did, you can watch it at Barbara Rothenborg's webpage, just scroll down until you see it (there is a pic of Erin crying) and enjoy. It's nothing too innovative or creative, but Erin is great in it.

Cute Little New Vid, from "The Mirror"

Sorry for the lack of updates, I've been trying to get my PC back on track, and haven't quite gotten to my Erin files yet.
However, I found this little piece on YouTube, on the Big Screen Entertainment account, that's the company who produced "The Mirror", the movie Erin went to Portugal to promote, and the one I'm absolutely DESPERATE to see, it looks REALLY good.
This one is a bit of a longer trailer, told from Erin's character "Nina"s point of view, so there is a LOT of Erin in it. It's a bit over two minutes long and describes the movie a little better.
It was posted only recently, hope you like it.

Notice this video says at the end "Nina and the Mystery of the Secret Room", checking on the company's website, they have apparently changed the title of the movie to that, which gives Erin's character even MORE importance, as now she is "the title character". Personally, I liked the title "The Mirror" better, the new one sounds like a silly children fantasy movie or something.
Also notice how they now brag of all the film festivals the movie has been played at, and show a couple of good reviews.
I really, really, really want to watch this film!

They must have really liked Erin in Portugal, 'cause BSE is now using her name FIRST up in the cast list and have added a lot of pics of her from the movie and behind the scenes to their website. You can check them out here:

Review: Okey, let's be honest here: this was Erin's first work after Power Rangers, blonde is really not her thing and she had to wear the single ugliest outfit I have ever seen her wear EVER (and that's INCLUDING "Fast Track").

This movie is not good. I know I'm probably biased, but I think Erin was the only one capable of doing something remotely good with the absolutely pointless and idiotic character she had.

There are geuinely only two reasons to watch this movie: a) You are a HUGE fan of Erin and REALLY want to support her (my case); or b) you like movies about talentless unknown boy-bands who can't dance and sound like little girls when they are singing.

This movie is filled with non-sense characters, the actress who got the lead was rather ugly (it all has to be said) and the plot is so sugary it will give you cavities. The actor who played the master on the Karate Kid movies has the single most pointless character in history, and they tried way too hard to give each character something weird to try to make them funny and failed miserably at it. And why were all the girls in the movie crazy about the supposedly famous brat, I will NEVER know, because he wasn't attractive in the slightest bit.

About Erin's Character: Her name is Montana Wastedberg, and she is a blonde airhead girl (in the same style as The Plastics from "Mean Girls") who is supposed to be mean to someone who really has all the potential in the world to be the target of infinite cruel jokes (a.k.a. The Leading Lady). However, Montana and her even more idiotic side-kick were completely unable to say something actually mean and were twarted (I think that's the right word) in each attempt they made, this is despite the fact they were both actually much prettier than the Leading Lady, and were SUPPOSED to be making her life a hell. Literally, every time Montana and her side-kick walked away looking insulted, I could think of at least ten hurtful things to snap back. For Example:

Leading Lady's BFF: How's the diet? you are looking a little chubby on the cheeks. (Or something to that effect)

Montana and Brainless: (walk away looking insulted)

Now here I would have snapped something like "I don't think we have anything to worry about, not until we are as big as you are!"

Anyway, Erin really did her best with what she had, and her acting may seem overdone but it goes really well with the rest of the exagerated film.

And that's my two-cents. 3/10

At the concert, being mean to the lead. This is the only triumphant scene Montana gets, she laughs and then threatens "We'll see you on Monday. EVERYONE will see you on Monday!".

Montana doesn't let her boyfriend kiss her because of her make-up. *rolls-eyes* They make a lot of jokes about dieting in this scene, except is not funny, until Montana grabs her bottle of water and says "I'm NOT hungry".

Making fun of the lead and her BFF because they are not going to the concert. This is the chubby cheeks scene. They walk away and let the Lead's BFF win this one too!

Making fun of the lead, because she missed the concert. They also walk away insulted on this one. *rolls-eyes again* And this is the really ugly outfit I mentioned earlier.

Wondering whatever happened to the missing Boy-band member. (this is the "I can't think of anything worse than messing-up his hair" scene I mention in the reels post)

During the Prom dance scene, before they are pushed back by an unknown boy-band member. I could think of soooo many things to snap back at that loser! LOL (The lighting in this scene is just disastrous, and the lead is wearing the single ugliest Prom dress EVER.)

Before Montana and Brainless find out their All-Access VIP passes have been given away (To the lead and her BFF). They also walk away insulted here. I would have sued the bitch handing over the tickets, for stealing MY VIP pass. (Oh, and I swear I saw the EXACT shirt Erin is wearing in a magazine, years ago!)

And this is the full look of the worse wardrobe EVER worn by Erin. Red PVC... what the hell were they thinking?!!

So, during her "Free Ride" days, Erin had a photo shoot for FHM, in which she possed in lingerie and gave also an interview, where she talked about skinny dipping, shooting guns and moonshine. Do I have your attention? Good!

This week, I wanted to upload either a clip or some screencaps of Erin's movie "Jekyll" (In which she shares screen time with her very handsome Power Rangers Time Force co-star Jason Faunt), but I couldn't do either in my laptop, so I owe you those.

In consequence, this week's update involves the whole FHM thing, here you can find the pics and the article and here you can find a short video of Erin during her shoot, it looks like she had a bad time too (just watch!).

This interview was interesting because it didn't involve the average questions, like "did you always want to be an actress growing up, or did it just occur to you not long ago?". And the introductory paragraph about how getting angry gets you nowhere is truly enlightening (a $40 parking ticket? How BADLY could she have parked her car? I'm not from the US, so I don't know how the whole parking tickets thing works). Hope you enjoy it, personally I have a hard time imagining Erin firing a gun (the Power Rangers ones don't count), but apparently, .45 are her favorite, and that is probably the most irrelevant bit of info this week.

One more thing I wanted to say about this photos, is that I think it's great how healthy and curvaceous Erin looks, she doesn't look like a toothpick, she looks like a real, healthy person and that's great in this time, because it makes her a great role model, along with a lot of other things.

Hey! Earlier this year, Erin was in Portugal for the Fantasporto Film Festival, promoting her film "The Mirror". She got raving review, but as far as I know, the film was too late for the competition, so they didn't get any awards. :(

Anyway, Eckels, at Google's Picasaweb, posted some candids of her and the other star of the film, Kelly LeBrock, on a public album. He (I think it's the director of the movie, Stephen Eckelberry) also posted some pics taken by the photographers of the festival.

So, yeah, I know. If you're on this page is because you know who Erin Cahill is, but I thought it would be cool to start posting some media with these two videos. They are two reels of Erin's work on Drama and Comedy, posted by Adrockius on Youtube. Hope you like them, it took me FOREVER to learn how to embed these, LOL.

The Drama Reel contais scenes from "Fast Track" (its really worth watching), "Supernatural", "Cold Case" (AWESOME performance, BTW) and "CSI: Miami".

The Comedy Reel includes bits from "Free Ride" ("I don't want to see your rocket, gross guy!"), "On the Lot" and "Tide's Crescent Heights" (I watched the whole thing!! I swear!)

With all due respect to Adrockius who took the time to prepare and upload this reels (Thanks soooo much) the comedy reels needs the "I can't think of anything worse than messing up his hair" scene from "The Biggest Fan". Just a humble suggestion. :)

Hello everyone.
If you are fans on this lovely and talented lady, then you've noticed the lack of websites about her. I'm a huuuuuuuge fan of Erin since Power Rangers, she's almost a role model to me, so I thought that if I EVER was going to make a blog, it would be about her.

Here I'll post some media I might having around, and some new photos or screencaps that show up, mine or somebody elses. With the apropriate credits of course. And of course we'll post news as well!!
